1- GENERAL EXPLANATION AND DEFINITIONS
In this informative text, we would like to share our privacy and cookie policy with you, as the "data controller" of HC MENTALITY TEKSSTİL İNŞAAT GIDA SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (to be expressed as HC MENTALİTY).

4- PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
HC MENTALITY processes personal data for the following purposes. These purposes are;

Arranging distance sales contracts for purchases made through electronic commerce platforms, verifying the identity of the person concerned,
Increasing service quality,
Carrying out campaigns, promotions, advertisements and promotional activities regarding products and services, providing information on these issues,
5- TRANSFER AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
HC MENTALITY does not transfer the personal data it has obtained for data processing purposes to third parties/institutions without the explicit consent of the person concerned. Your personal data is collected by using the generally approved and accepted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) on HC MENTALITY websites and is shared over the same secure environment based on your permission. - OBTAINING EXPRESS CONSENT OF THE RELATED PERSON IN PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Personal data to be processed by HC MENTALITY are processed by obtaining the "explicit consent" of the person concerned within the scope of the Law No. 6698. express consent; It refers to the consent of the person concerned, based on information, on a particular subject, which will be declared with his/her free will.

7- STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
HC MENTALITY destroys personal data (deletes, destroys or anonymizes personal data) when the purpose of processing personal data disappears and the mandatory storage periods determined under the Laws and other legislation expire.
8- RIGHTS OF THE RELATED PERSON
Relevant persons may apply to the data controller and;

9- APPLICATION TO DATA SPEAKER
Natural persons whose personal data are processed may apply to HC MENTALITY regarding their requests within the scope of their rights specified in Article 11 of the Law No. 6698. Relevant persons may benefit from this right, provided that they submit their applications in Turkish.
